The Huntsville-Madison County Hospitality Association is proud to host the 29th Annual Pineapple Dinner & Awards Ceremony on Thursday, January 29, at the beautiful Burritt on the Mountain.

This signature annual event brings together hospitality professionals from across Huntsville and Madison County for an evening of recognition, connection, and celebration. Each year, HMCHA honors individuals and organizations who exemplify outstanding achievement, professionalism, and innovation within our local hospitality industry.

Awards, Scholarships & Association Highlights

During the Pineapple Dinner, HMCHA will present the prestigious Red Ribbon Awards, Pineapple Awards, Taste of Huntsville Awards and educational and professional development scholarships. In addition to celebrating this year’s honorees, the Association will also install new officers, share updates on the organization, and reflect on another impactful year serving our hospitality community.

One of the most meaningful highlights of the evening is the presentation of scholarships. We encourage members to share the scholarship applications with employees, coworkers, and family members who may qualify. Every bit helps when it comes to tuition, and supporting future hospitality leaders is at the heart of this event.

Silent Auction – Supporting Scholarships

Following the successful introduction of a silent auction last year, we are excited to once again include a Silent Auction as part of the 2025 Pineapple Dinner & Awards Ceremony. Proceeds from the auction directly support HMCHA’s scholarship program.

If you are interested in donating an item, sponsoring an auction package, or volunteering to help secure auction items, please email mariah.hammond@aamu.edu. 

The silent auction will take place in person during the Cocktail Hour prior to the program, with winners announced during the evening.
